Every winter, most avid golfers think, "When will it get warm again? I want to go play, but I can't play when it's 20-something degrees outside, I'll freeze!" I'm here to tell you when it may just warm up.
The Old Farmer's Almanac thinks this winter is going to have above average temperatures, but the cold bursts will be extremely cold, with the latest burst being near Easter. Spring and summer look to be wetter and cooler than normal as well, so this may not be a good year for golf. Hold onto hope, however, because NOAA is predicting a slightly below-average winter, which typically leads to a dryer spring and summer.
