Later this month, one of the largest collections of historical golf clubs will be up for auction and is expected to fetch over $1 million.
With over 130 clubs ranging from spur irons of the 1700's to late 19th-century play clubs, the Roberto Family Trust Collection is one of the oldest and expansive collections in the world. The curator, Will Roberto, collected these over the past 50 years and amassed some of the rarest clubs in the world together.
This collection goes up for auction on March 29 in Los Angeles and is expected to go for nearly 7 figures. Check out this article from bunkered.co.uk for more information.
