Wednesday Night Men’s League
This league will be a handicapped league for men. Prizes will be awarded weekly after play based on gross and net results. Prizes will also be awarded for longest drive and closest to the pin on a weekly basis. After league play food and drink specials will be available at Bogey’s Bar and Grille. Since it is a handicapped league it is open to golfers of all abilities and it is a great way to meet some new friends. A one time registration fee of $30 is all that is required to start having fun! The cost per round is $33 or $36 with entry into the optional skins pool. The course played will vary from week-to-week. Golfers who did not play last season will need to play two league rounds before they can compete for net prizes. The league will start on April 21st at 5:00 pm. On May 19th league play will start at 5:30pm.
Anne Arundel County Employees and Friends 9 Hole League
This league is open to County Employees and their friends. The formats for play will vary from week to week. Possible formats are individual play, two person team better ball, two person scramble and a four person scramble. The cost per week is $30 and prizes will be award to 35% of the field. There will be a one time registration fee of $10. The league will start April 19th at 4:30pm.
Monday Morning Ladies League
The ladies league on Monday morning is open to ladies of all playing abilities. Weekly gross and net prizes will be awarded to 25% of the field. In addition different formats/tournaments will be played and other social events will be organized for league members. This is a new league at Compass Pointe and we are excited at the possibility of creating the “CPWGA.” The weekly charge will be $35 for seniors and $45 for non seniors. Remember all golfers who have the Maryland Public Golf Card will receive 10% off of the price listed above. Golfers interested please register on the Compass Pointe website. We are trying to establish a weekly ladies group. Sign up now to meet new friends. The league will start April 19th at 8:30am.
Tuesday Night Ladies League
This league is open to anyone. The groups name is the Red Hot Tees and has been playing at Compass Pointe for three years. The format of the weekly play will vary from week to week. Prizes will be award on a weekly basis. On course contests will also be held on a weekly basis. This is a great way to network with other professional women in the area. Golfers will need to sign up in the golf shop for league play on a weekly basis. No registration fee is required. The league will start April 20th at 5:00 pm. On May 18th league play will start at 5:30pm.
Thursday Evening Women’s League
Arundel Women’s Golf Group is an establish golf league open to women of all skill levels. League times are Thursday evenings starting at 5:00 p.m. Come out and play golf with a great group of women. Weekly fee is set at $25.00 per golfer. Additionally, you can track your handicap rating inside the pro-shop. Weekly prizes will be given for the longest drive and closest to the pin. Purchase your Maryland Public Golf Card for additional discounts on a round of golf or merchandise. You can also purchase a Compass Pointe Gift Card and give the gift of golf to someone special. This league is open to anyone. The members will be playing their own ball and weekly gross and net prizes will be awarded directly after play. On course contests will also be held on a weekly basis. Tournaments will be held for league members throughout the season as well as a Men’s League Club Championship at the end of the season. A one time registration fee of $30 will be required and weekly play will cost $35 for seniors and $45 for non seniors. Sunday Afternoon Ladies Group
Join us on Sunday Afternoon for a round of golf and lots of good cheer.
Tee off is around 2 pm — 9 holes for $25. There is no fee to join the league and it is open to players of all levels. You will receive an email invitation to play each week and must RSVP to the email to reserve a tee-time. If you are interested please click here to get on the email list.
